We made a reactor for our client (offshore industry). The construction was made of stainless steel. The reactor uses technology based on ballast water. The reactor purifies of water from algae or bacteria by pressure reduction.

We produce such components for the railways industry as: – partitions; – walls; – doors; – panels; – supporting frames for internal parts; – driver’s cab equipment; – equipment boxes; – stairs, handrails; – frames of seats, windows. Welding of constructions for railway is based on DIN EN 15085 CL1. We have implemented and certified quality assurance system consistent - we are welding new components at CL1 class level.

Our welders are qualified to weld by methods: MAG 135 - Arc welding with solid wire in active gas shielding. MAG 136 - Arc welding with powdered wire in active gas shielding. TIG 141 - Welding with non-fusible tungsten electrode in an inert gas shield.

Wir haben für unseren Kunden einen Reaktor aus der Offshore-Industrie hergestellt. Die Anlage wurde aus Edelstahl hergestellt. Der Reaktor basiert auf die Technologie der Ballastwasseraufbereitung. Die Anlage arbeitet nach dem Prinzip der Wasserreinigung von Algen oder Bakterien durch Druckminderung.

We manufacture steel or aluminium tanks and vats for wide range of industry. We provide tanks and vats according to customer drawings. Our production and welding services are in accordance with ISO 3834-2 and other certificates we own: EN 1090, EN 15085, DNV-OS-C401, 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. WE can produce wide range tanks and vats according to yours drawings. At clients’ request Base Group can produce: Water Heater Tanks, Water Storage Tanks, Heat Exchangers Tanks, Stainless Steel Process Tanks, Expansion Tanks, Heating/Cooling Package Units, Food Industry Tanks, Chemical Industry Tanks.

We conduct welding processes in carbon dioxide and argon gas shields. We weld inox steel using the TIG method. We also weld aluminum alloys and non-ferrous metals. We perform spot welding on spot, table and forceps welders. We have about 10 welding machines in our machine park We have approximately 20 MIG-MAG and 5 TIG stations for welding. In our machine park we also have 3 welding robots from Yaskawa and one from ABB. Our largest robot has a working area of 6x2.5 meters.

Abbiamo una vasta esperienza nella progettazione di strutture metalliche di piccole e medie dimensioni e nella modernizzazione di parti di macchine. Siamo in grado di progettare o supportare il processo di progettazione e produzione di parti di macchine e strutture in acciaio. Dal 2006, le strutture in acciaio sono state l'area principale in cui aiutiamo i nostri clienti. Non produciamo solo elementi in acciaio su ordinazione, molto spesso aiutiamo e supportiamo i nostri clienti nel garantire che gli elementi strutturali in metallo soddisfino tutti i requisiti di resistenza e utilità e che siano il più possibile economici. Come produttori di strutture in acciaio, siamo in grado di produrre qualsiasi struttura in acciaio su ordinazione, naturalmente siamo anche soggetti a determinate limitazioni tecnologiche, ma sono abbastanza piccole da non rappresentare l'ostacolo principale in cui avviene la saldatura delle strutture in acciaio.
